How is fabric cut?
All fabrics are cut continuously whenever possible. For example, ordering 3 yards will result in one continuous 3-yard piece. Panels are cut continuously when possible, but some may be shipped as individual cuts.

What is the width of your fabric?
Most quilting cottons are 44/45 inches wide (standard). If different, this will always be noted in the product description.

What increments can I order in?
Online orders are sold in ½ yard increments (Qty 2 = 1 continuous yard). In-store orders may also be cut in ¼ yard, ⅓ yard increments, and fat quarters (approx. 18” x 21”).

How long does processing take?
We strive to ship orders within 1 business day. During high-volume seasons, it may take up to 3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- Domestic (U.S.): Free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be calculated at checkout. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available by phone (orders must be placed by 2pm EST, Mon–Thu).
- International: We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- In-store pickup: Select “Store Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.What are your shipping options and costs?

How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships. You can also log into your account on our website for updates.

What if I didn’t get my order confirmation email?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.

What is your return policy?
Notify us within 14 days of delivery (per carrier date). Fabric must be new, unwashed, uncut, odor-free, and unaltered. Buyer pays return shipping. Only the fabric cost is refundable.

What items are final sale?
Sale items, kits, projects, patterns, and cut fabric purchased in-store are all final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

What if my order was incorrect or defective?
Please email us with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund.

What if my item was a gift?
If shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will go to them.

How do I ship back a return?
Please use a trackable shipping service (insurance recommended for high-value items). Ship returns to:
